At 16 years old I think that's pretty ambitious! He'll play for the under 18s for at least a year and then maybe head to the EDS, surely?

Why? We've seen players of that age make an occasional appearance at the senior level. Particularly in cup games or in the last 10 minutes when the points are safe. We need to be doing this more regularly.
