George Osborne - MP / Adviser to Blackrock and Evening Standard Editor

Osborne earns his money and pays his taxes just like everyone else. His tax return last year showed an income of £198,738, putting him alongside the prime minister in the top rate of tax. Osborne’s tax bill was £72,210. So he paid £72k in.

So you're saying the swindling bastard still owes £210?

Another world class **** who can do whatever the fuck he wants.

This country is a fucking joke.

Really? ... I mean - does it really matter ? Who's gonna give a shit in a few weeks , it's just todays headline before another ''sensational'' news story tomorrow. He applied for a job and they accepted it, he wants to continue as a MP well that's down to the electorate. Nothing really that shocking and how you can portray this to mean this 'country is a fu*cking joke' is more laughable than this appointment

This is very much a political move from him imo and the give away was his little speech on how he will edit the paper for London and how he will defend London.

George was very much remain and lets face it, defeat cost him his dream job and we all know how London voted.

Expect nothing more that a pro EU/Anti government stance over the next 18 months during brexit negotiations and IF he thinks he can fuck May over he will with his eye on the ultimate prize still of one day becoming PM.

This and only this.

But Tatton disappears in the next election.
He won't have a seat.
So he won't be an MP.

If it's that unimportant to you why on earth did you access the thread and then write your little paragraph about it?

Laughable indeed.
