City could probably afford to let him go for £20m because after all the fines we have put on him not forgetting when City decide to actually sue him properly, i would imagine that sum would bill up to around £10m..
City know that they will get at least £20-£25 for Carlos and i would imagine a few persuasions to other clubs will be advised if AC Milan cannot come up with the desired amount!!

No player should be allowed to go on strike, make themselves unfit and reduce their transfer fee deliberately.
I hope once he goes we have a very strong case to ruin the little ****. Dangerous precedent being set if he just walks away for half his transfer fee after going in holiday for 3 months.
