Curious who this "world class" CB that we are supposedly close to (in the goal article) is? if it's not Martinez, Bonucci, Laporte or Van Dijk. It's not like world class CB's are growing on trees.

But it's what we have to pay & will do, to strengthen.the squad, just the same as we will keep Otamendi if we want to & if/when we sell him it will be when it suits the squad, not to try & cash in.

Why is it ridiculous money? What about the fullback position makes it less expensive than any other position on the pitch? Players cost what they buyer pays for them. It really is that simple.

Sanchez is older but neither of them are world class yet.
