Jo- Svens parting gift

Jo is a good young player.

He is a second striker, he like all the others strikers we have cannot play that lone man role on his own. It is killing Jo, Big Phil and Sturridge. The only one who was good at it was Benjani and that tells you alot.

Correct - would be a shame for Jo to leave the club without ever getting a chance to play in his best position off a main striker Then and only then a fair judgement of his worth can be made IMO.

Take it you've never watched the RPL? Its probably on a par with the German Bundesliga and wont be long before it overtakes it. Some very good talent out there and alot of money too.

Sven the only manager in history to get the blame for players signed when not at the club and Mark Hughes the only manager in history not to get the blame for signings made whilst at the club...

...I mean its not as if Mark didn't insist when he arrived that he personally okayed the Jo signing and that the reason for the delay in completing the move was because Hughes was reviewing the purchase (anyone remember that? No? Oh well) and made out that TBH was a good purchase because we needed defensive cover - cue much agreement on Bluemoon at these sage words as they applauded ' a good signing by Hughes'

Give it a few more months and we will have Sven bang to rights for the credit crunch and the kidnapping of Shergar. In fact you can write in with evidence of Sven's crimes against MCFC to the following address:

Bluemoon,
1984, Comedy Central,
Somewhere in the Twilight Zone.
