Rammy is nice but easy access to the 66 would be a must for me. My cousin used to live on the Greenmount side of Summerseat and worked just off Bell Lane. Brandlesholme Road and Bury Bridge, an absolute nightmare at rush hour. He then moved to a village by Huddersfield, said his commute was quicker.
