don't think Marca is a good source. Most people, Madrid fans included, seem to dismiss the report. Especially since it's the same reporter saying the player is on strike and turned up to training today.

Maybe this deal is being used to sweeten the Courtois deal going through for Madrid?

Who was the last person we got in on loan? can't remember anyone of any significance. seems like Madrid deal in them...Rodríguez now Kova if this goes through.
Last guy we got was the great passing Dude, Claudio Pizzaro I believe. It's no surprise it was an Italian manager who got him on loan.

Not really, unless there is an option to buy at an acceptable price.

City don't really do short-termism these days.
We should. Would save us lots of headache. Especially in scenarios where we have young guys who may develop beautifully. It's a good way to hedge your bet.

If the guy turns out to fit like a glove, then you buy him. If he is just okay then he covers until your young guy is ready.

Loans are fabulous. And EUFA can't touch you.
