Media bias against City

The media hates the fact we are becoming the biggest club/brand in the world of football. I revel in it!

Keegan did an appalling piece this morning about how loads of blues are shitting it in case aguero gets injured and the derailing effect it will have on the team. He was ridiculed by loads of fans of different clubs and now it seems to have disappeared .

Unfortunately for them their way to raise revenue is changing far too quickly so they have to change rapidly to the digital world so headlines must be more and more attention demanding.

Currently they are still following the pre season hate campaign to sell in the UK not realising that they should follow City and become a Global Brand which the digital age not only allows but is the only way to survive for media as the FT admitted when they sold out to the the fully digitised Japanese Nikkei last month.

He has a point, do you think the rags would be half as bothered if Shrek got injured?

Sky has an article about who the teams can face in the champions league today.

Man City
City have the same possible opponents as Arsenal although will be required to improve on their low coefficient if they are to remain in Pot 2 next season. This will be City's fifth appearance in the competition and they will be aiming to progress further than the last 16 for the first time.

Man United
Should United successfully overcome Club Brugge in their play-off clash on Wednesday, they will almost certainly share Pot 2 with Arsenal, City, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.
It means head coach Louis van Gaal could face a reunion with Barcelona or Bayern Munich as early as next month.

Now why the hell mention our low coefficient and not united's even lower coefficient. Also when we win the league this year our coefficient has nothing to do with it, we'll be in pot 1 regardless so the coefficient has more of a chance of hurting united far more than us.

poor journalism again

This shit makes me laugh.

So how have we done under Pellegrini when Aguero has not started or come on as a sub? Well, the answer is we have done well. Very well.

In 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 he missed a total of 20 games. Our record in those games was Won 15 Drawn 3 and Lost 2. In fact our average points per game (2.4) when he didn't appear was higher than when he did!
