It's not him; he's actually quite smart to pick that as an occupation

But fook all real estate people in the world, regardless of ethnicity

That's a bit harsh, real estate is a business like any other and not everyone involved is a millionaire or scammer. Good luck to him if he wants to make a career out of it.
