Opposition Crowds Applauding City

Strange cat. Blues have been relishing, loving and reveling at the wonderful football Man City have produced and confident we'll continue watching these treasurable experiences for the future. Why caveat your post about nothing lasting forever. Weird.
Is he not right then?

In the footballing world, what actually does last forever? Apart from manyoo fans being c***s?

Yes everyone I speak to praises the football we play and how exciting it is to watch. Its a great feeling and makes you feel incredibly proud.

Great times at the minute to be a blue and even reading the papers is a joyous experience. Cannot last forever so intending to savour every minute.
Rag ;o)

i was in the stands when arsenal turned up and roasted us in the first half and many city fans did clap arsenal after the final whistle they was outstanding that day
I remember that, but I was clapping Micah Richards & Ishmail Miller for their outstanding performance.

There's an old story about the season we won the league in 68. As we left the pitch at Reading, the tannoy man said "Let's hear it for the best team in England" and the whole ground applauded. I think we are starting to see signs of this happening again, and it always gives me a great buzz. It doesn't happen very often.

I can remember watching England v Georgia in a pub full of City fans, and most of us were more interested in Kinkladze than England. He played brilliantly and I remember the whole Wembley crowd applauding him off.

I also remember when we won at Newcastle in 2012 and our players came over to the fans at the end of the game applauding them. I was in with the Newcastle fans and they all gave our team a warm round of applause.

I noticed it at Leicester the other week, too. As KDB was substituted he was applauded by their fans.

I've seen our fans do it too. The great ARsenal team who absolutely tonked us at Maine Road were applauded, and I remember Bolton once winning the First division at Maine Road and being congratulated at full time.

I reckon we are going to see more and more of this if we keep up our form and football.

I remember Arsenal being 3 or 4 up and Viera coming over to take a corner. Everyone in the Kippax applauded him. He was that good on the night.

I wasn’t there but May 1968. Spurs 1 city 3.. and the stadium Announcer said “ladies and gentlemen... you’ve just seen the champions of England “

May 2012. Newcastle 0 City 2.. the Geordies applauded us off the pitch

That you think he is a rag?
He is unorthodox in his posts. Not in a clever way just outrightly objectionable to straight line thinking and seemingly picking out spurious arguments when blues point out the negative narrative we receive in the press.
