I think they heard the appeal last week & will make their decision, to be published on the PL's website by April/May 2024.

So they could potentially get relegated then get a load of points back in May and somebody else goes instead

The whole situation is bonkers. What benefit do the PL hope to attain by sanctioning one of their members, for an investment overspend their owners can afford to cover?

Absolutely,the punishment currently on Everton is severe(again we know why),other clubs are left in a state of uncertainty,and the PL reputation is damaged.
