Chelsea, Liverpool & the rags publish the minutes of their Fans' Committee meetings. They agreed procedures for ticket allocation systems, match-day issues and all sorts of other things. Here, for example, are the aims of the Liverpool Supporters Committee:

Thanks very much Colin, Steve and everyone else who attend the POB meetings for your taking the time to meet and publicise this. It's shameful that City don't engage properly. Please do keep persisting (I hope to get over one of these days if time allows) and hopefully City will fully engage.
