Quiche, Hot or Cold?

Just took the quiche out of the oven. Can’t make my mid up to eat the Quiche hot or cold. What‘s the correct way to each Quiche or does it just depend if you like eating Quiche hot or cold? It’s smoked bacon quiche. Looks a little burnt. :-(

Always hot, bit of baked beans and chips, I’m happy!

On top or alongside?

I’m having the Quiche with Sourdough seeded bread, vine tomatoes, olives, extra mature cheese, Serrano Ham, etc.
