Quiche, Hot or Cold?

Hot It is. Lime warm, as it’s cooled down whilst I was reading the thread.

Just took the quiche out of the oven. Can’t make my mid up to eat the Quiche hot or cold. What‘s the correct way to each Quiche or does it just depend if you like eating Quiche hot or cold? It’s smoked bacon quiche. Looks a little burnt. :-(
