I don't think world class is as concrete as 3 players per position. But its a handful per position at any one time that I'd consider world class.
For me, right now:
Manuel Neuer
Gianluigi Buffon
Jan Oblak
Dani Carvajal
Dani Alves
Leonardo Bonucci
Sergio Ramos
Gerard Pique
Georgio Chiellini
Marcelo
Cesar Azpilicueta
Alex Sandro
David Alaba
Sergio Busquets
Casemiro
N'Golo Kanté
Luka Modrić
Toni Kroos
Andrés Iniesta
Arturo Vidal
Marek Hamšík
Kevin De Bruyne
David Silva
Isco
Paulo Dybala
Eden Hazard
Gareth Bale
Lionel Messi
Cristiano Ronaldo
Neymar
Sergio Agüero
Robert Lewandowski
Luis Súarez
Edinson Cavani
Sterling is not close to this bracket yet. But he could be. If he keeps learning and working closely with Pep. Him, Jesus and Sané could all peak at the same time and we'd have a phenom of an attack.
