He picked out players at least twice in the second half and only last ditch blocks prevented it from being goals. his decision-making is fine,Sometimes the execution is a bit over/under-hit but he often picks the right option and plays it at the right time.

The best cure is just to keep playing well and as his confidence improves he'll finally mature into the player he's promised to be
