As the Yorkshire based commentator said right at the end of the footage " and tremendous support from the City fans all night"
He was correct.we were loud,very loud in the pouring rain.
One of my all time fav City away games.

I remember some Huddersfield fan giving it large through his bedroom window to all the City fans passing below after the game - the police smashed on his door and arrested the poor fucker.

Just checked and it was Chelsea who invaded the pitch.sounded quite scary tbh. Boro players had to run for their lives at the final whistle..
Boro won the 1st leg of the play off final 2nil at Ayresome Park with Trevor Senior and Bernie " Slavver" Slaven getting the goals, Dukebox- Durie scored for Chelsea at the Bridge so Boro went up 2-1 on aggregate..

Yeah, but it was when the play offs used to be between maybe 3rd bottom of the 1st division and 3rd top of the 2nd division? So Boro went up and Chelsea went down.
