That's usually my Parkrun of choice when I'm up in Manchester as it's within walking distance of my digs in Castlefield. Beautiful park, nice varied course and super friendly volunteers.

Isabel Trail Parkrun in Stafford completed in 29:49 this morning.
There were so many barking dogs at the start this morning that it felt like a strange bloodsport involving dogs chasing humans. Release the hounds, Smithers!

My lad is running Chester next week. I know a few on here mentioned they were doing it, do we have a total headcount? Anyone running in a City shirt will get extra support from me!!

Wilmslow Parkrun in 28:25 this morning (unofficial). I was going to do Peel, but changed at the last minute. Going off recent comments here, I'll make sure to do it soon.
My doctor told me to stop taking the iron tablets, and to have my levels checked again in eight weeks. It will be interesting to see if my iron levels drop, like they did last time I stopped taking them, 20 months ago. My energy dropped off and my Parkruns went down to around 37 minutes of hard slog. Not pleasant.

Made my debut at Wythenshawe parkrun this morning. It’s a flat course so was good to see where I’m at. Went round in 22:30.
No chance I’m getting close to 20 minutes this year.
