Russian invasion of Ukraine

Can’t see that happening with Putin in charge. It is impossible to negotiate with a mass murderer who has proved time after time that any agreement is worthless, and everything he says is a lie. Russia was never made accountable for countless atrocities personally ordered or instigated by him over the years such as Litvinenko, MH17, Salisbury, Crimea, the Donbas and doubtless numerous other events, and instead was awarded the Sochi olympics and the World Cup, leading him to believe he could do what the fuck he wanted with minimal consequences.
Poor putin can't even keep up with his own lies.

The problem with the concept of negotiations is that we generally use the concepts of trust, honour, judicial law and good faith etc, they just don't and they see the problem more on our side. That's why they totally get the likes of Trump where a truth is just an interpretation of an autocrats' will to then be disseminated into the masses.

Im not sure how many missile defence systems Ukraine have in operation now but the West really needs to ramp up the delivery of these systems at the upcoming NATO meeting. As yesterday showed the fuckers will just keep moving onto unprotected areas to target civilians.

2 more of the fatalities from yesterdays strike that are mounting up - beyond tragic

Just put of curiosity because I know there are some knowledgeable military types on here, how many air defence systems do we have in the UK in comparison to what they have in Ukraine, Poland etc and are they always ready to be mobilised, it's something I've always wondered
