season ticket credits from wba game

I contacted supporter services about this and was told it was well publicised not to renew until end of the season if planning to use ticket exchange for WBA game, I didn't see this anywhere.
Was told will not be able to have credited for upcoming season card but can use credit for cup/champions league games instead.

Not exactly impossible to just add it to your account and give you the discount next year is it. They do try the fans' patience.

same happened to me mate club won't do anything they said because I already renewed my seasoncard they won't take the money off my seasoncard for this season just sits in an account unused.

That's a fucking disgrace if true, to be honest
