He was trending last night after apparently being 'outpaced' by Carrick; even though Aguero a) clearly wasn't sprinting full pelt and b) he had the ball to contend with. Rags wetting themselves all over the place; shows how little they have to get excited about.

What's happened to the Sergio who used to pick up the ball around the edge of the area and take the shot on early? Now in those situations he seems to want to beat two or three defenders and gets crowded out more often than not.

Sergio as no real competition. At his best he had Edin, Mario,Carlos and Negrado to compete with. We don't have a convincing 1st team striker as such. Apart from him.

Looks to be lacking a bit of confidence at the moment, which is hardly surprising. He just needs a goal then he'll be flying again.

And in the end, it was still Aguero who stood up first and could have had a free run into space, but the linesman decided to call it a foul for whatever reason (the same one who didn't see Shaw kicking Navas).

Not good body language from Sergio at the moment, he needs to bag a brace on Saturday and get back on track, he's still the best there is by a mile..!

Think he was trying to impersonate Navas last night, running down the by-line and aimlessly crossing it in. He'll score at the weekend though, always does after 2 or 3 without a goal.
