Apparently Sergio and the club are not pursuing the scrote who threw a punch , shame that , would have liked to see the bailiffs round his gaff taking his Xbox and BMX bike in lieu of damages/costs

He was home and away as a supporter so at least it’s some punishment.
They should have banned him for life really though.

I'm not into draconian lifetime punishments. He is a horrible little scrote but we have probably all done something stupid at times. If Wigan get to Wembley in the cup or play off's he will miss it. The old bill might yet charge him with something yet but unlikely. If he gets to forty, matures and has a kid or two should he still be banned until the day he dies? Anyway Wigan need all the fan's they can get lol!

They haven’t, they have asked him if he wanted to press charges against Aguero and they asked Aguero if he’d like to do vice versa.
Both said no.
