The first time I saw him take his shirt off and reveal that ridiculous angel wings tattoo on his whole back, I thought ''here's a player who thinks he has made it'' - such a waste of talent.

I loved it when he took his shorts off after scoring against Sunderland and revealed his Superman undies. All the frothing, wailing and general gnashing of teeth was a sight to behold. He was a talented player.

Pretty sure the bullying incident where he was pinned down and 2 senior players tried to 'pull his wig off' had a lot to do with him not wanting to play for Ireland.

Still, bang average player, who had a very good half a season, probably down to the 'help' he was getting.

The season he was unstoppable he had just completed a lung busting run and walking back he went on one knee for a while. I'm convinced he had an episode as he was never the same player after this. Suspected it was hushed up to prolong his career and value. Might be wrong but it's always stayed with me.
