Manchester City since 2008 Chelsea before that :-)
Far too many Times now players go down screaming and holding their head, the current rule is to stop the game. This is increasingly used to break up the opposition play. It is cheating pure and simple.
The powers that be should change the rule that any head injury must go off the field and be assessed by an appointed doctor. That would stop this cheating.

I said to Mrs Vienna, when the Villa player, I think it was, went down holding his face, though he hadn’t been hit anywhere near it, that the FA and/or Premier League should bring in retroactive bans.

They have the tools, in the many cameras around the grounds that it could be easily policed.

I dont remember any players being dead of head injury in football, Im not even sure why we do the head injury cehck especially since its randomnly applied, and 50% of them are faked. But, no one saw this coming??

Don’t forget, van Rapist (allegedly). He nearly died after Ashley Williams kicked a ball at his head

A lot of blame need to go to linesmen

more and more they don't keep up with play or even respond to fouls or injuries near them, a linesman should be able to spot a genuine collision/foul to th head and when a player if faking it
