The old mobile phone question

Don't know if OP decided on a phone, but (if he doesn't have one
of these already), maybe this?

Do you remember the Nokia 3310?

You know the phone - the one which featured iconic game Snake, allowed you to have the best monophonic ringtone in the charts right now, and had about a month-long battery life.
Well, it's set to make a dramatic comeback
Nokia have confirmed they are set to re-launch the 3310 later this year.

The model is famous for its reliability and resilience.

It is perhaps the most iconic model in history.
Initially release in 2000, the Nokia 3310 sparked the modern age of mobile phones.

And, according to reports, the new incarnation of the old 3310 will be sold for just €59.

It will be revealed at Mobile World Congress later this month, according to leaker Evan Blass who first revealed the details.

Microsoft first bought Nokia's mobile phone business in 2014 for $7.17 billion.

However the tech giant was forced to sell the iconic brand last year amid declining sales of feature phones, almost wiping out the entire value of the deal.

HMD Global Oy signed a strategic partnership with Nokia Technologies in May, granting sole use of the brand and patent licensing over the next 10 years.

*Anyone still use/prefer these to 'smart phones'?

best phone ever. no films, web or owt but a very very good phone.

That was my first phone that I actually paid for myself. Calls cost a fortune and it weighed a ton, but it only needed charging once a week. I think it was costing me about £60-£70 a month at the time.
