Really? Have you tried any IPAs, porters, Belgian or German wheat beers? If you had I'm sure Bud would be quite far down your list of drink choices.Can't stop drinking the bud now. Would never have touched it a year ago.

Can't stand the IPA's that I've tried and kinda of resent the whole hipster aura around them. They don't taste right to me. Like the pumps need changing.
Anyway, I do take your point, I know there are nicer lagers, but I'm talking about the cheap accessible beers for a easy night on the sofa. My body can't really handle the wheat beers or white beers either. I'm just a run of the mill guy. I'm not fussed by the latest beer fad.

Hendricks gin, juice of 3 lemons topped with a splash of tonic shaken with demerara sugar.
If you want a sharp balanced drink (ofc add each to taste) but do not or do want to get smashed this is perfect.
It is best served rather hard though since you are needing raw lemon juice and semi refined sugar to tame it; so no use going half arsed with this.
Hard day but 2 fingers does not feel right (filthy swines)?, you want summat refreshing, drink this. You know you had a drink even after one but can go all night on them.
Keep everything cold, including the glass (whisky tumbler)...yeah i am on my err 7th? (bottle and a half of hendricks)
