I think a smaller pitch would work wonders as well, they seem to struggle to cover the ground a bit.


France game last night was very good though.

Been down this path with basketball in the US too. Why is the hoop ten feet as it is for men? Let them dunk!! Agree on the smaller goals and smaller pitch too.

I will say Hope Solo for the US is truly head and shoulders above any keeper I've seen so far this Cup, and I'm probably up to 8-10 matches now I've seen all or part of.

I do think the standard of play this Cup is far better than 1999, and has been improving since then. And it's thrilling my 9 year-old daughter, which si the most important thing!
