Is the correct answer. Would be a piece of piss living off the left over infrastructure of 7 billion dead people from a practical point of view. I doubt you'd need to 'arm yourself up' if you're planning on living in England or most of Europe.

In this hypothetical scenario how much of the current infrastructure would continue to run if everyone died? Are you assuming power plants would shut down and the world would go dark? That would be a little less manageable. But you're still going to have enough disposable BBQs and 4 season sleeping bags at the local Asda to see you through many winters.

Just move to Liverpool, plenty of candles there.

If I was the last human on earth I wouldn't want to survive. I'd miss my family and friends and wouldn't even have a radio to listen too.
