In this hypothetical scenario how much of the current infrastructure would continue to run if everyone died? Are you assuming power plants would shut down and the world would go dark? That would be a little less manageable. But you're still going to have enough disposable BBQs and 4 season sleeping bags at the local Asda to see you through many winters.
