On the plus side I have to say that i was worried that I had seen Kompany play his last game for us, delighted that he gets the start tonight. Equally happy that it is Stones who is his partner. He will learn so much from him.

I agree, he actually did ok. Sky sports was just having a go at him for the corner that led to Arse's second goal when it's clear KDB should have been tracking Montreal. It's quite telling that is the worst they could find on him.

I'm good with that line up. I really can't stand the negativity against Delph and Navas. They are obviously training well enough to be selected. It's only when they cross the white line that they can be judged. Delph has had very little game time, so let's just wait and see. I thought Navas was a candidate for MOTM against the Arse.

I also mentioned quality and experience as to why Delph should not start ahead of Yaya and Fernandinho so I don't see any double standards. That is my view of the team selection, does not mean we are going to play poorly or lose.
