Hoepfully this is a pep masterstroke but it looks like he's out of ideas. Fucking Navas? Delph? Pointless Silva playing cos hes never going to get the ball.

-Navas is there to counter the pace of Hazard while offering his own attacking threat. His confidence will be high (Or as high as Navas' self-belief can be) after a good game against Arsenal.
-Delph is there to match the industriousness of Kante and to combine physicality with pace in our midfield.
-Kompany back because he won't be bullied by Costa.

I think it's clear that this is a carefully considered selection and not a random hit-and-hope. Whether it pays off is anyone's guess.

its just my opinion and how i saw the game. everything came down navas's side and i dont think he dealt with it well. thinking about it we might be playing a back 3 anyway, navas further forward..
