defensively we were superb when called upon and unfortunately we where let down by our attacking players again who managed to not score from numerous chances.

Our football is light years ahead of theirs and most other sides and when we get all the pieces to the jigsaw in we will be some fucking side.

Well it was quite a nice watch because it was mostly just us attacking. It was perhaps the clearest example of us doing everything but finishing. A dumb red card for them, definitely think we should've had another couple mins at least for time-wasting. Really liked Agüero's #10 play but I can't quite believe he didn't score. Unlucky for Bravo, Kompany still amazing, great to see Jesus return, feel pretty content.

That was a men against boys performance tonight, and when you think back to the game against them last April, the change in approach and manner is quite startling, from both sides. We lack a world class midfielder, a locksmith, something that was evident on Sunday when Silva went off and something that was only too painful to see again tonight.

2) you talk more about united than city when I asked were you happy with our performance
3) you call us defensively superb but at the same time (and rightly so) highlight how awful united were and how negative they were - surely it's easy to look defensively good against a team that doesn't attack?

Just admit that was a very poor performance from us.
