We need a right back, although we wont find a better attacking right back than Navas. left back is more of a priority. Especially if Maffeo is going to get a chance. I'm not a big fan of Walker. Sane and Sterling destroyed Spurs full backs in our home game.

That's because they're bloody good players, maybe? No-one else has.
Navas has done a decent shift in a position that he is absolutely not cut out for in the long-term. That is my considered opinion. I thank him for his time at City and very much hope he's not here next season.
Incidentally, I'm not a huge fan of Walker either but he's an upgrade on what we've got, and no messing. Him on the right and Benjamin Mendy on the left would do me very nicely indeed.
At least Walker knows how to push players in the back when they're through on goal and he's got no other option [ ;-) ]

No way is he worth that, but we do need to do something about the full backs because we can't carry on next year with the same options...

Wrong right back if we're buying from Spurs IMO, especially considering that Trippier would count as home grown in Europe which is invaluable!

They can't keep him and it looks like we are the only team in the market at the minute for him. They will be wary of over pricing him and us switching targets.

If we can get Walker for £35m considering we are dealing with Levy over an England international, Txiki will have done well.

£35m is about right for a top class international defender.

Older, overpriced and not better than some of the players around on the continent. Problem is, homegrown squad contingent. For the money, and definitely for the wages, we can do better...and for a player who could be here much longer.

Yeh he's a good English option to have and would allow us to have another foreign option for further up the pitch. Would be nice if we could pilfer rose too but sadly that's never going to happen.
