When yer get into yer seventh decade of supporting City there is an extremely long list of things and people who thoroughly piss you off. One of the things that currently grates is the idea that more than a penny of my licence fee goes into he pockets of people like D. Murphy. If the BBC ever had a mission statement that included 'to entertain and enlighten' then the employment of Danny Boy firmly puts the boot into that idea.

Totally agree. Kilbane is usually up there as well with his sour tones towards us, but he actually praised otamendi. Just the bbc doing a good rendition of good cop - bad cop though

Otters got a 6 from the DT this morning for his afternoon's work yesterday. No doubt the same journal will give Beaker an 8 or a 9 if he appears clad in scarlet v The Arse!

I can see Kolarov possibly coming in for Clichy to deal with their extra height from set plays. Clichy had his best game for ages v Palace so it wouldn't be a slight on him for poor form.

I hope not. Kolarov is a disaster at left back and played so high against them last time. Mahrez couldn't believe his luck. Plus if I never see another 35yard "blast" into the upper stands again it will still be to soon.

A lot depends on whether the ref allows Huth and Morgan to kick fuck out of Jesus like they did to nacho.

Still have an image of Vardy sticking 3 fingers up at our crowd last season.
So hope we can ram that arrogance back down his throat. The away game just doubled my desire for that.

Couldn't disagree more. I think Navas overlapping stifles Sterling something rotten and sends him inside on his weak foot far too often.

Fair comment - so long as you remember that some of his

If memory serves me right didn't he score with a 35 yard blast last time we played Leicester? Something he's done a few times before. Something neither Clichy or Sagna have done in their entire careers? Just saying.

He did but it was a free kick. We conceded two goals from down his side when he was still in their half. We lost heavily.

Take your points but what if it was a free kick? Still a good goal. Sagna was also awful in that game. At CB iirc. Looked like he had lead in his boots. All our current FB's have deficiencies, I think Kolarov gets singled out on here too much.

I would really love to thrash these, hope Pep remembers the long ball to that ferret face bastard Vardy, that's all they have, not much to ask of our world beating management team is it?
