Can I just remind people not to speculate for now.
I was going to say, entrances and walkways are a security and H/S focus, so I'd imagine it was someone with access, or someone who found their way into a 'secure' area - making it easy to spot them on CCTV.

It doesnt really but the closer you are to it the more it affects you personally.Does it really matter who's City it is ?

If it's a major pre-planned attack it's the first since the tube and bus bombings in London. Fair enough there was the attack on Westminster bridge earlier in the year but you can't really plan for someone with a few knives and a car.If it was in London I'd still be as shocked. Something like that hasn't happened in the uk for a long time.
Yes I understand that, and its also my city, even though I live 170 miles away these days. I feel just as bad when its Paris, or Brussels, or Berlin. My son lives in Manchester now so its close to me, though I know he's not involved. It doesnt really but the closer you are to it the more it affects you personally.
+1Jesus Christ, hopefully nothing to this and just people panicked and reacting that way.
Dashcam on sky news, that explosion was loud even over his car radio :(
