Jose isnt an attraction for players anymore. He slags off his players when the pressure gets to him, he plays boring, mundane, George Graham football. The only people that go to United now are Mercs looking for a pay day and Agents looking for ...erm ... a pay day ...
Hopefully good football, ex teammates and fellow compatriots is enough of a sway to get him here.
I imagine the only issue for him would be how much Juve and United are offering for him. I assume we'll at least match their offer for him, although United may get desperate.

If we sign Silva and Mendy that should surely attract him?
Added to us having Jesus, Fernandinho and Ederson as sone of his compatriots who will all likely be going to the World Cup with him.

I don't. Pretty confident with Pep etc..and with our ambitions. We have a lot more pull than Juventus or United.

regardless of abilty any player would be crazy going there. not only are they a sacking club the manager there now is a volcano ready to erupt. any player would be signing without actually knowing who they will be playing for in 6 months.Anyone who wants to play for the rags in this day and age clearly has something wrong with them: If he joins the rags then his mentality and attitude would never been good enough for us.
