No you misunderstand I don't think for a second anyone would refuse mate I'm just saying if I decided to jump and drive the pump myself the others may not go willingly for whatever reason.

There's a big difference between trying to save someone's life and potentially losing your own too - like people who jump into a swollen river to try and save another (or a dog) and you end up with 2 bodies (or one and a dog) instead of just one (or a dog).

I think you're missing the point mate.
It's their job to go into emergency situations but they were stopped from doing so because of nonsense.

I would hope the emergency services would do what was necessary to save victims, and if there was red tape in the way, overcome it and do what was necessary in the here and now to protect and save us. It's their job after all.
 
Just watched songs of praise from Manchester, never watched it before but had to watch this, fuck me set me off again people of Manchester feel very proud of yourselves

Yeah that's good and even though I am up the other end of Gorton so not really near me, the size of the area this investigation is focused on seems to be expanding, you got fallowfield, moss side, town, rusholme and now gorton
