Roughly £50m based on their wages.
Still a net spend of around £280m. Wow

You mean throwing chum in to the water before going for a nice little motor about the bay, whilst all the while living all of us down in the cage. ;-)Sauntering off to the marina, will leave the big-game fishing to you guys for rest of the day ;)

Sanchez and Mbappe in would see Sergio leave, so you can knock another £60m off too.Still a net spend of around £280m. Wow
have i missed something? an impending transfer ban?? why?
So it sounds like we're preparing for an impending transfer ban and want to get in as many players as possible.
It would certainly make sense to get all of our business finished early so we can sit back and relax. With the right mix of signings this summer, a transfer ban for 1-2 years would barely touch us.
"Consulting FIFA" sounds like a safety guard to me, not quite sure how we implicate ourselves there. Also Italian passport suggest dual nationality which seems fine. There's a chance we get banned because of the transfer of Benjamin Garré, he's an Argentinian kid we signed at 16. You're not allowed to sign non-EU players until 18, but he had an italian passport, so after consulting FIFA we signed him.
Now his old club are taking us and FIFA to the court of arbitration for sport claiming it's illegal and unethical.
If we lose, there's a chance we get banned from transfers for 12 months like Real, Barcelona and Atletico.

Just seen three Range Rovers with a heavy police escort heading down Ashton Old Road. Surely this is either Robbie Williams arriving for his gig or, far more likely, David Gill turning up in a final attempt to stop us announcing Ederson.
Was thinking the same, though I read it as a "just incase". It's unlikely the CAS will rule against us, and thus FIFA, and it may not even result in a ban if they do. Further, the hearing is in July and City will appeal in case of a loss, extending the time potentially past our current window.
But, like with our targets this summer, nothing is being left to chance. Getting the players we need for the long term, regardless of cost, and getting them fast insurea that any such punishment, no matter how unlikely, is no more than a slap on the wrist.
But enough about Wayne Rooney.Range Rovers under heavy police guard suggests its more likely the SAS off to raid yet another suspected terrorist property lol.

There's only one third party. A company whose main shareholder is Utd's favourite agent Mendes!I suspect it is. Benfica are confident that all of their responsibilities to third parties are complete. The FA's concern is that all of the paperwork is such that those third parties no longer have any claim to Ederson.
Funny time to have your tea.My guess is 11.00am
