I'd like us to bring back Roberts too. He'd fill the HG quota and there's plenty of games where he could be utilised.

There will be some proper beatings handed out with that group. What's the record goals scored in a PL season?
 
I really wouldn't get carried away yet. If you think this Sanchez transfer will run as smoothly as this then you guys are sadly mistaken. Wenger will kick up a fuss in the media first followed by a complete meltdown from the fans. This will drag out until the start of the season and possibly right near the last day of the window, that is my honest opinion on the matter.

Its hard to imagine him playing for City because what sort of message does that honestly set out to the fans that you have sold your best player to a premier league title rival? It is very difficult to take in because if the shoe was on the other foot, we couldn't begin to imagine Aguero leaving for Arsenal.
 
No chance we would get this done so early, will be a lot of issues before and if this is sorted.

All that will happen i agree,it's not like we are desperate for the fire power at the start of the season though

There is no sense in Arsenal 'dragging this out' as some posters are suggesting.

He wants to come.

The sensible approach would be to let him go, get the £50m or whatever and get on with building themselves to be top 4 ready.

Any dragging of feet only hurts them.

End an argument for me blues having a drink with another blue he thinks Sanchez is a better striker than Sergio... I said no Sergio is a better finisher but I think Sanchez is a better playrer over all ie scores and creates loads thoughts?

If Alexis wants City I agree.

Arsenal won't get more than £50m for a player with only one year left. Only Messi, Ronaldo and maybe Neymar could get more with one year left.
