Call me mad but I think Özil staying can go some way towards convincing Alexis. I really believe they enjoy playing with each other and admire their respective qualities. It's just we need more of that sort of quality sprinkled throughout the team.

He's signing.... he's fucking signing. That's just made it so obvious he's signing and we're just waiting on arsenal to accept it.
 
He is coming end of.....just gotta wait till after the Confed Cup is finished and then we can concentrate on the LB/RB and potentially the CB. Then we can jet off to the old USA and turn over the scummy reds in front of the American fan base : )

The Ozil situation is hilarious, honestly his agent deserves a medal.

I'm not one of those people who thinks Ozil is crap, although he's obivously nowhere near as good as his pre-arsenal days.

But they're going to give him close to £300,000 p/w, destroying their wage structure, for a player no one else wants.

No one wants Ozil, and yet his agent has convinced them they can't afford to let him leave, and they're smug about keeping him.

Also sounds like Bravo isn't sure, he'll be here next season. It sounds more like he thinks Sanchez would be here but he is not totally sure he would....

Who knows. That DT guy is an absolute fuckin tool. But there's every chance his scenario could pan out regarding Sanchez
He signs an extenstion with a clause that if they have a wank season again he's off.

Its a 50/50 this transfer. No wonder the bookies have it at evens to us and evens he stays.

Lol, there's fucking no chance Sanchez signs a new contract if he wants to leave in 12 months. The Arsenal fan TV bloke is deluded and makes living off saying stupid things.

Why would he even consider signing a new contract? He can walk away and pick up an 8 figure signing bonus wherever he goes to make up for lost money this season, and he becomes the master of his fate. He obviously doesn't give a shit about Arsenal getting a fee for him or he'd not have run his contract down to 1 year.

The one thing that absolutely will not happen is Sanchez signing a new contract and leaving in 2018.

The bookies would have the odds even if equal amounts of money are coming in for both scenarios, because that's just how it works.
