You are Donald Trump and I claim my £10Tevez, Balotelli (when he was pretty good) on the bench. Recently we've had Navas, Nolito and Iheanacho. Sad!
Seems alot but it'd be for 5 positions. There's literally no filler there and that's what you need to compete for PL and CL, esp. for a PL team given the number of competitions and the intensity of the league. Real and Bayern have that kind of depth and their domestic football is less demanding.
I dont see it as a problem as I dont see Pep assuring anyone a guaranteed start and the newbies will know that before they join. They might not like it, but those will no doubt be the terms they agree onThe problem with rotation aren't the normal matches - but the top matches. Nobody really minds to sit on the bench between the weekends of the CL or against the minor teams - atleast if you aren't a striker who works for the goal cannon - atleast if you get still enough match time.
spot on. the difference this year is almost every player will have a shadow, someone who can step right in. nothing worse for a player to be left out but to be benched for a lesser player must really piss them off. if we use the 2 silva's as an example I think although Dave is the man we are hardly bringing in a Garcia/Delph to sit in his place and actually try and control a game.I dont see it as a problem as I dont see Pep assuring anyone a guaranteed start and the newbies will know that before they join. I hope it gets resolved soon one way or another, it benefits no one to drag it on, the closer we get to deadline day the more desperate everyone gets, and mistakes in the market happen then.
From an Arsenal point of view , there may be replacements that will come in pending the outcome of the Sanchez situation. If the sale happens on the last day of the window it leaves any plans in tatters.Arsenal have no interest in accommodating us. They will wait as long as needed to secure the highest price. Or not. But they don't care about our, ermm, timeline or impatience.
You're worrying me now Bill - you agreed with me :)spot on. the difference this year is almost every player will have a shadow, someone who can step right in. nothing worse for a player to be left out but to be benched for a lesser player must really piss them off. if we use the 2 silva's as an example I think although Dave is the man we are hardly bringing in a Garcia/Delph to sit in his place and actually try and control a game.
very very good season ahead of us.
Bit OTT saying our plans will be in tatters. We're pretty decent without himFrom an Arsenal point of view , there may be replacements that will come in pending the outcome of the Sanchez situation. If the sale happens on the last day of the window it leaves any plans in tatters.

My bad thenThink he means arsenals plans
Raise you Aguero, Jesus, Sane, B.Silva, D.Silva, KdB, Sterling. Plus probably one more along the line. These lot are idiots.
Arsenal Mania comment:
Sanchez, Laca and Özil is on paper mouthwatering. Add Welbeck, Xhaka and Lemar to the mix and our offensive looks perhaps ze best in the league.
Hehehe Welbeck & Xhaka are absolute gash.
Plus Ozil is the worst kind of luxury player, lazy and inconsistent.Hehehe Welbeck & Xhaka are absolute gash.
