Daily Arse Cannon.

Sanchez to snub City?

In reality, they know f*** all as well, like we do.

The problem with rotation aren't the normal matches - but the top matches. Nobody really minds to sit on the bench between the weekends of the CL or against the minor teams - atleast if you aren't a striker who works for the goal cannon - atleast if you get still enough match time.

Seems alot but it'd be for 5 positions. There's literally no filler there and that's what you need to compete for PL and CL, esp. for a PL team given the number of competitions and the intensity of the league. Real and Bayern have that kind of depth and their domestic football is less demanding.

I do not really know Bundesliga matches with low intensity - atleast not for Bayern. The running datas tell it differently - and Germany is the pressing and counter league. I know that e.g. the name "Hoffenheim" does not sound very "big or difficult" but I guess with their tactical approach on detail it was not easier to play against them than against the big EPL clubs last season. Maybe the EPL has more known individual beasts but the Bundesliga teams fight that with team tactics.

The number of competitions just is interesting at the start of the season - or in regards to the winter break - but the EPL let's their youngsters play the first rounds in the Cups and I do not see much difference in the schedule of the leagues in the hot phases starting March.

I dont see it as a problem as I dont see Pep assuring anyone a guaranteed start and the newbies will know that before they join. They might not like it, but those will no doubt be the terms they agree on

spot on. the difference this year is almost every player will have a shadow, someone who can step right in. nothing worse for a player to be left out but to be benched for a lesser player must really piss them off. if we use the 2 silva's as an example I think although Dave is the man we are hardly bringing in a Garcia/Delph to sit in his place and actually try and control a game.
very very good season ahead of us.

I hope it gets resolved soon one way or another, it benefits no one to drag it on, the closer we get to deadline day the more desperate everyone gets, and mistakes in the market happen then.

Arsenal have no interest in accommodating us. They will wait as long as needed to secure the highest price. Or not. But they don't care about our, ermm, timeline or impatience.

He won't be available for selection until late August so what's the rush let Arsenal pay his wages until then.

From an Arsenal point of view , there may be replacements that will come in pending the outcome of the Sanchez situation. If the sale happens on the last day of the window it leaves any plans in tatters.

You're worrying me now Bill - you agreed with me :)

Raise you Aguero, Jesus, Sane, B.Silva, D.Silva, KdB, Sterling. Plus probably one more along the line. These lot are idiots.

Arsenal Mania comment:
Sanchez, Laca and Özil is on paper mouthwatering. Add Welbeck, Xhaka and Lemar to the mix and our offensive looks perhaps ze best in the league.

I actually think Arsenal have got a very very good player in Lacazette.....someone i wanted a couple of years back to come to us....if they kerp sanchez up front as well they will hsve hugely stregthened.

if we are getting rid of nolitio, navas and kelechi then we do need another attacker as there is clearly a gap or two there.

i hope we get sanchez in or the dembele k8d as we need that depth to our squad.
