Seems its only none supporting city fans and infants who are flapping.
Why must everyone that disagrees with you be a supporter of another team or infantile?
Comments like "it's not our money" and that settles all debates are perhaps less helpful than some points made on both side of the argument.
Terms like flappers and rags don't move the discussion along and are just designed to belittle others or support a weak argument.

It's also quite possible that Monaco said we're on holiday now, we won't be listening to any bids until we're back.

The press has been boring us all stiff with bull about how the fee for Walker is insane and on its own has ruined football and now they tell us it's forcing the price for Mendy up and up so that too can ruin football. Trouble is the fee they quote for Walker is wrong (too high, believe it or not!) and there is no evidence from either club that any reference to the Walker fee was ever made in the negotiations. But given the choice between the Daily Mail and Txiki, just guess who a convinced Bluemoon flapper will choose to believe! Just pay the f****n' money gives way to Begiritain's faffing costs City millions! Cobblers! Txiki will carry on with the task of negotiating patiently for a good deal - along with "three or four" other deals.

Most clubs are on tour now, no club has finished their transfers, some clubs havent done any ( hello spurs with the great Levy ). And here comes our declaration to the world and Monaco that now we really need Mendy and another LB so that Monaco can raise the price to £60 mil if they want.
From another POV, Kolarov will bring £7 mil, Fernando is reported to go to Turkey for £8 mil, Delph was reported for £10 mil. That's more than enough to pay whatever the difference is.
If Kolarov goes we need another CB. That's what he is nowadays. Pep is not going into the season with just Stones, Kompany and Otamendi.
That said. 6m-7m for Kolarov who is nearly 32 years old and only has 1 year left is a pretty good deal. Better sell him to make way for another CB. Rather than lose him on a free.

this is what i said weeks ago something or somebody is messing around with our targets and its wreaking the squad on pre-season we can not set plans without key players i don't think manchester city are going to miss out on a player for £5million even if we are looking desperate and monaco know the price they want and it was set weeks ago and man city almost had the deal set in stone but not for the first time this summer something smells fishy
