Kylian Mbappe

Have they made an official bid then? Haven't seen it from any decent sources. Like I said to another blue, if they pull both it off fair fooking play.
I think the thing that's most frustrating is until PSG stuck their noses in, it seemed as though the race for Mbappe's signature was between Madrid and City. Madrid seemed to take a stance that they could wait until next summer to move for a striker which left many feeling like we would have a free run at him. Then PSG, who already landed Neymar, enter the race. It just comes off as a little greedy and coupled with the Alves snub, I can see why many would be left with a bad taste in their mouth should he end up in Paris.

But I agree, if they can pull it off and still comply with FFP, good for them. I still hope we draw them in CL though!

What about footballing ambition? He's staying in the same league. Very disappointing if that's his decision. I don't get how that can possibly be the best footballing move for him

They will steam roll the league and they will have a great chance of winning the champions league. He's only 18 so he might think staying in France playing with other world class players is the best for him, while also getting paid a fortune. Doesn't seem to bad of an idea if I was him.

Looks like Barca have Dembele locked-in, so if this is off them it's Sanchez or bust. We should lock-in VVD and close the door on this window.

At his age he should be moving out of his comfort zone where he can develop as a footballer. It's not a bad option, but it's not the best option

So they pay it back at 20 mil per year.
If UEFA was such a doddle how come they did us and PSG before?

If this is true, they'll could get banned from the Champions League. They've probably got some plan to uprate their sponsorships. Doubt that will work.

A £160m move to a foreign country playing for a mega club like Madrid trying to get into a team full of world class players doesn't seem the best option. Signing for city for the same amount but having to fight off more players for a place in the team also doesn't seem the best option. I think psg, city and madrid are all great choices for him, but it's not a guarantee what's the best place for him to go.
