Daily Canon scraping the canon barrel.

Sergio Aguero is reportedly pushing for a move to Arsenal from Manchester City in January.
Aguero is said to be pushing for a move to Arsenal in January if his situation at Manchester City doesn’t improve, claims the Times.

Ha, ha, ha!!

You lot really need to do something about it.

We are experts at this, having had several decades of Peter Swales & the longer it goes on, the more difficult it is to fix.

It took us two relegations & several near bankruptcy incidents to undo the work of PJS. We should have driven the **** out, 20 years earlier.

Just my thoughts. Thanks for your straight view.

The day when a new hungry manager arrives at your club will be very interesting.
Before that you can only hope not too much damage is done.

It's very frustrating. We have a Billionaire owner who has no desire or ambition on a sporting level to drive us to win.

We have a 30% shareholder, twice as rich, with obviously the money, but more importantly the drive & ambition to actually push the club forward, who is totally ignored, & isn't even allowed to set foot in the boardroom.

In the background you have Africa's richest man throwing out soundbites about wanting to own Arsenal within 2 years.

Only Arsenal can have 3 Billionaire's hovering around them, & still act like a poverty club. It's laughable really.

As others have said, Wenger isn't the only problem. It stems from the owner, through to the board who must have an average age of 70 years old (Sir Chips Keswick, Ken Friar, Lord Harris etc), through to the Chief Exec & down through the manager & into the players.

Arsenal fans on Twitter.

No Sergio, no Sanchez.(now Sterling isn't going to Arsenal)

Ha!
You're confident.

There does not seem to be any strong argument for keeping Sanchez now that he has emerged as a problem in the dressing room for them. No doubt some will deny that is the case, but the evidence suggests it is a problem. However there's lot of things they should have done and haven't.

Can't blame Ward for getting assurances of how much the club values Sterling to be honest, we are signing a £60m+ player who will directly compete with him.

Isn't Sané exposed even more?
I see Sanchez and Sané on the left wing and Raz and Bernardo on the right.
Agreed?

Not sure. I saw it reported in the Chilean press. Either way, I'm sure plans are in place should we reach agreement with Arsenal.

I can't remember much from yesterday because it was a bit mad, but I'm sure I see a quote from someone from the chile team saying he hasn't asked to leave training. Doesn't really matter though, I'm not worried about that. Once we reach an agreement with arsenal, all that will be sorted.

Fee probably will get agreed yeah. Not sure they'll announce it until tomorrow.

I would have thought Chile would be strongly suggesting to Alexis to get this resolved and wrapped today so it doesn't interfere with their match tomorrow. May well get done today and announce tomorrow though.

They're not even very good at it. Someone should tell them that subtlety is their friend.

Still here, It's hard to keep up when the thread is growing 100 pages every couple of hours lol.

I'm not going to hide just because Sanchez could get sold, when i've thought there was a chance he could get sold all summer. I'm also not hiding through the 'crisis', we've been in some form of 'crisis' over & over now, no point in hiding during this particular one.
Fair play to you mate I have a few mates who follow arsenal home and away and are disillusioned at the moment big mistake keeping Wenger on! Wenger deserves respect but he should have stepped aside after the FA Cup final win he does not deserve to be pilloried.

True. I actually feel for you mate. I know most on here wouldn't. It's not that I sympathise with your fan base, especially the likes of MrDT but I do empathise.

One things for sure is you are nowhere near where City were, you've a long way to go yet, but looking logically from the outside I think we can all see some Arsenal fans heading the same delusional path that Liverpool fans went down, assuming that their way is right and the board are working for the good of the club.

I know the deal isn't done yet but a lot on here who have no ITK status at all have predicted it would pan out the way it is doing. That's just looking at the track record of Arsenal over the past number of years.

I think personally you need rid of Wenger, firstly. With or without Sanchez, he is going to lead you further into the mire.

Keep your sense of humour and keep posting regardless mate.

I felt for him on the bench at Anfield. He must have felt the weight of the world on his shoulders.
