No conflicts of interest here, of course:
In effect, United have two votes. Van Der Saar appears to be there too - bottom left. If he’s not a club rep, why is he there? It's not the board - it's a strategy council.

Stuart Brennan reporting that this is now in the hands of our Clubs solicitors. And about fooking time City.
Manchester City have threatened legal action against La Liga president Javier Tebas after he criticised their transfer spending.
The Spanish supremo claimed City, and Paris St Germain, had been “peeing in the pool” over their transfer spending this summer, during an interview he gave at the Soccerex conference in Manchester.
That came two days after it was revealed that Tebas had written a letter to Uefa urging an investigation into the spending by both City and PSG – with Uefa deciding that City had no case to answer.
Further allegations made by Tebas are expected to emerge tonight, and as a result the Blues have consulted their solicitors and will be in touch with La Liga.
A statement released by City reads: “We note the public comments made by Mr. Tebas today and earlier this week.
“Uefa’s statement of the 4th of September is clear and based on accurate information.
“By contrast, Mr. Tebas’ statements are ill-informed and in parts pure fiction.
He's Ajax CEO apparently and has been appointed as second vice-chairman to the ECA executive Board. In effect, United have two votes. Van Der Saar appears to be there too - bottom left. If he’s not a club rep, why is he there?
