Why would our best striker be "having the weekend off" for the biggest game of the season so far?Maybe, as has been alluded earlier, he knew he was having the weekend off if that is the case

It takes 1 hour 20 mins to fly to Amsterdam. If he'd driven to the Midlands you wouldn't be saying anything.
YeahCouple off points.
players have to inform the club as to there whereabouts(as with the debacle of drug testing)so kun would off informed the club,& the club sanctioned it..ies
Now going by media reports(if it is rib/ribs injuries,) Didnt Gaz Barry have a injury(some bone fracture before a tournament for Eng).
And used/slept in some air chamber, which can speed up the injury process??..
Hard to disagree but every football club in the world has the same issues so to single us out as being cursed - I think notWhen it comes to injuries, it very much seems that way. And these injuries always seem to be players who are very much pivotal in the team, ie Kompany(more the last 2 years than this) Mendy,KDB not long after he joined and was flying and Aguero(a few times now) etc. We are very fotrunate to have this squad and watch this amazing football, absolutely no argument on that. But surely you've got to admit we've been dealt a shitty hand with injuries the last 3 years.
Very much either of those two would have been back up with the squad we have IMONo backup
If he's out for 2 months he'll miss
Chelsea
Stoke (H)
Burnley (H)
West Brom
Arsenal (H)
Leicester
Huddersfield
Southampton (H)
I think most people would agree that apart from the Chelsea game, and maybe Arsenal, we should be comfortably beating those teams with Bernardo, KDB, Silva, Sterling, Sané and Jesus making up the attack.
It doesn't. If it hadn't been agreed to he wouldn't have been twittering.I bet loads of Premier league players nip off to Europe on their days off. As long as they don't drink and are back for training what does it matter.
who knows how Pep plans for games, it was put out there before I made comment on it.Why would our best striker be "having the weekend off" for the biggest game of the season so far?
Which is what we are now short of should we wish to rest anyone in Carling cup etcVery much either of those two would have been back up with the squad we have IMO
