first time i've seen him fight, impressed with his speed and power, needs to tighten up on defence as he got hit quite a bit from conwell, good scrap while it lasted

Some of the decisions on Matchroom shows these days are a joke. Ormond swarmed Hyland there other than the early knock down.

I watched it live in a jammed bar went to the bar got back and asked the lads what Ormond won by to find out he got beaten couldnt beleive it. It was a good fight and I am guessingthey could do a rematch but for some reason i feel Hyland Jnr will go in for a British title fight next. I think Hearn will see him as a easy fight for the Newcastle fighter. Would like to see Ormond v Cardle. The Irish fight scene at the moment is really good in the paid ranks.
Great to see Ryan Burnett winning another World Title. Also Belfast / Northern / Ulster boxing has the best talent out there in boxing at the moment. Ryan Burnett , The 2 Conlans , Frampton , Paddy Barnes and Jason Quigley there all getting closer to the big fights. They could have a couple of world champions soon. Also add in Katie Taylor and Andy Lee when he comes back the whole Island has some fighters now.
