Look, I don’t want to come over as some blue tinted spec scum hating know nowt, but seriously, what has Maureen got to offer any of Europes elite teams ? Does it all just revolve around his agent contacts ? Because his man management, playing style and just being an odious cu.nt can’t be on anyones must have list

His record over the years looks good, and if pep wasn't with us you could easily make an arguement they'd be much closer than 8 points to us.
However I think pep basically has his number and is an overall better manager and is making him look bad

The hype was indeed unreal.reading some newspapers id convinced myself that utd had practically won the title already by stealing chelseas best player,lol
They now have a total of 3 ex chelski players in their side,and a fat lot of good they are turning ouf to be.
Jose....the only ex chelsea player you should have ensured you were managing was of course The KDB.

Peg is holding them to ransome haha pay him want he wants or he's off, they are desperate to stay in the top 4 so will prob pay him and he will still fck off at end of season to psg.

His calling is teams like Inter who had the playing staff for him and his style. They must be just underperforming though, underperforming just enough so that the fanbase want success with him quick or blood from the owners. That is how it looks to me atm anyway.

Thing is at utd the players are not up to scratch for him. A mix of top players not wanting to play under him or indeed what is percieved to be a utd on the way down slightly. They could only really go down to give them some credit but when a player is sat looking at options there are a lot more attractive options. Mourinho's style and lack of stability tied in with a less attractive utd than 7 years ago will swing it for a fair few players i think.

My honest opinion is at utd he will need about 4 years just to get a squad you could liken to his old Chelsea of which he walked into there. I also think Pogba was not his purchase but a marketing project by the owners to give the brand a bit of spit and polish. He does not strike me as a Mourinho player one bit.

I think the problem is with the United fans whether they be supporters or have a financial interest in their success. The expectation of the historical success is so real and they see the current barren years as a minor blip before United regain those former glories.
The truth is of course that our progress has been on the rise since Mr F. deserted them and called us the noisy neighbours.

Our owner actually owns the club rather than pays a mortgage for the privelige and our manager actually has a plan that has radically changed our way of playing to bring success and has been given that time.
Certainly JM was a big manager for them but he needs some world class around him to allow his charisma to flourish but has not yet developed his team and its style. I think he was hoping to start with defence then move on but City are not last years wasters of chances, now we score regularly.
PG used money to change average age and quality to bring his style wheras JM is still just stuck with a yesterday team that churns its players yet still spends heavily.
