The Jesus injury has changed everything, think we were gonna wait until the summer but hope we will make a move now. The deal agreed last summer will be completely different from any deal that may happen now and will have to be totally renegotiated

I'm not sure in all honesty in terms of negotiations. We'd simply need to agree a fee. Assume wages etc has been sorted for a while now.

Maybe. However the reason a player runs his contract down is so he can negotiate a massive salary or signing on fee as the buying club don’t pay a transfer fee

So, don’t know how money driven Sanchez is (or more likely his agent) but he may demand more money as we’ll be getting him for about half the price we were gonna pay in August

Sounds rather familiar. Arsenal are highly unlikely to find an exact replacement immediately, both goal scorer and goal creator, which makes me think it will be difficult to prise him away in January.

So many missed chances, and still give away too many. Still not got the balance right. In big games, let in 4 vs Liverpool away, 3 vs them at home, 3 vs Utd at home, 3 vs you guys away, 2 vs Chelsea at home, 3 vs Leicester at home. Clearly not good enough.

Miles Naitland looks a great prospect though. Not so sure about Holding or Chambers but still young enough.

When that happens and the game becomes stretched, it can be no surprise that the defence is so porous.

That's he problem. For all your nice play, the defence is poor. Chelsea should have won the other night really.

13 EPL games
4 FA Cup games (if he is eligible) w/o replays
7 CL games , where definitely bigger teams than Liverpool would wait for us.

If you take a close look at the schedule and given we get far in the cup rounds,
we really really need 1 more forward player.
Especially Sanchez.
