It was one of the few things he got right, for me another useless twat, who gave our players no protection at all.Great refereeing. We call them out enough when they get it wrong.

The BBC highlights just had our match on. Praising Burnley and Matthew Upson said that should be the blueprint for teams coming to the Etihad. Er, Matthew, they lost 4-1
Upson appears to be an idiot.
I didn't think they were overly aggressive. It was one of the few things he got right, for me another useless twat, who gave our players no protection at all.
33000 as we always have 20000 empty seats lol
Think it was probably about 54000 looked full
Early on through the back of Silva, obvious yellow, but nothing, Fernandhino in 3 on 1 challenge, gave them the free kick, and then had words with Fernandhino. He gave us absolutely nothing in the first half, and when we finally took the lead, he walked back to the half way line looking crestfallen, he was dire, like most we get, so nothing new there. How Cork wasn't booked 3 or 4 times I don't know.I didn't think they were overly aggressive.
Fair enough. Take your word for it. I noticed the one on Silva alright.Early on through the back of Silva, obvious yellow, but nothing, Fernandhino in 3 on 1 challenge, gave them the free kick, and then had words with Fernandhino. 53,356.Anyone know what the official attendance was today ?
Park the bus - we gradually work the opposition over and win. Have a go - we destroy the opposition. The BBC highlights just had our match on. Praising Burnley and Matthew Upson said that should be the blueprint for teams coming to the Etihad. Er, Matthew, they lost 4-1
Totally agree. It was one of the few things he got right, for me another useless twat, who gave our players no protection at all.
Much as I take issue with his comments about Bernardo and other stuff, his record tells you he's a pretty good manager. When he takes a bigger job, Burnley will sink without trace.English media are lauding Dyche as some sort of genius when in reality he is just the new Sam Allardyce.
No attendance given on MOTD , either.
It is, and that we are regularly saying this after 3-1 and 4-1 wins says it all.It really is a disgrace.
What did he say about Bernardo ?Much as I take issue with his comments about Bernardo and other stuff
Said he dived for the penalty in the League gameWhat did he say about Bernardo ?
Even in the dark days of the relegations we've always tried to play good football. We almost always seemed to appoint managers with an attacking ethos. Stuart Pearce wanted to play attacking football, but couldn't get it going. Strangely, he said Manure were a better bet for the title than us in August 17. Classic case of a world class player not suited to management. Alan Ball was another - he gave us Kinkladze though. And we've been there. When we had nothing and our backs were to the wall, we would have lauded such a style as a need to just get points and stay in the league.
Yep. The vaunted Burnley pressing (by MOTD) would have been pulled apart if Ederson was playing resulting in some serious issues for Burnley at the back.probably mentioned several times already, but this match reminded me of how valuable Ederson is.
Absolutely mate. He would've broken that high press within minutes but instead they got their tails up and we looked nervous... Plus Ederson would've closed that down and not been beaten so easily at his near post...probably mentioned several times already, but this match reminded me of how valuable Ederson is.
Not sure he had much to do with that signing.Alan Ball was another - he gave us Kinkladze though.
